I ordered a custom photo moon lamp for my sister's birthday. The lamp itself is really nice, the photo came out clear. Shipping took about 12 days to get to Ohio, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I asked for a tracking update though. Overall, good product for the price.

I ordered an engraved wallet insert and an engraved leather bracelet for my husband for our anniversary. The ordering process was straightforward; uploading the engraving text was simple on the website. I got an email confirmation right away. Delivery took 8 business days to California, which was within their estimated window. The wallet insert was exactly as I pictured, the engraving was clear and precise. The leather bracelet was also good quality, the engraving on it was legible but maybe a tiny bit smaller than I hoped. It still looks very nice though, and my husband liked both items.
